Salary: Fair, based on market rate and experience
Hours: 40h, full-time (including Sundays)

Job Requirements

Soft Skills

• Good communication skills
• Good and steady temperament to deal with different people and sensitive issues such as mental health and homelessness
• High capacity for discretion and confidentiality
• Flexible and adaptable to occasional changes in schedule and work responsibilities
• Can manage a team of volunteers and workers

Hard skills

• French and English speaking
• Basic experience with building maintenance and upkeep
• Familiar with cleaning techniques and building/health safety procedures
• Capable of undertaking physically intensive jobs involving heavy lifting, loading and unloading certain materials, shovelling, climbing ladders, and working on the roof.
• Organized, structured and can manage item inventory
• Basic admin skills 

Other

• Must have a functioning phone for work calls and messaging
• Understands church life (if possible)
