Mr. Lopez is a graduate of multiple professional cooking programs, with ample experience in Italian cuisine and over 15 years of cooking experience. He will facilitate this workshop with an Italian professional cook with extensive knowledge of material covered.
Learn authentic preparation of basic Italian cuisine, including appetizer, main-course, and dessert! Our goal is to help you understand the basic principles of Italian cuisine. We will share with you our knowledge and experience of preparation of Caprese Salad with Pesto, homemade pasta, preparation and preservation of basic authentic tomato sauce, and the creation of Classic Panna Cotta. We will also provide you with a demonstration of Balsamic Vinegar Pearls (for a taste of molecular gastronomy), along with a few other delightful surprises. At the end of the workshop, we will sit down to enjoy our creations together.
Any food allergies must be disclosed prior to workshop. Bring apron, hat/hair covering, and non-skid shoes (no high heels).
